What we collect on this website
When you use the contact or waitlist forms we collect what you type: your name, email or mobile number, city, your role, an optional business category, and your message. We also record the time, your country and a one-way hashed form of your IP address to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your message and to tell you when Galiwala launches in your city. We never sell or rent your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Security and bot protection
The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting them. All data travels over HTTPS and is stored with access limited to the Galiwala team.
Cookies and storage
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a timestamp after you send a form, so the same message isn’t sent twice by accident.
Galiwala apps and AI features
The Galiwala apps will have their own detailed privacy notice. In short: AI search never receives your name or contact details, voice clips are deleted right after they are transcribed, search photos are deleted after the search unless you choose to save them, and we never use face recognition.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected].
