Prohibited items aren't allowed, and every ad can be reported.

Yes. Searching, contacting and reviewing are free, and so is a verified business listing. Optional plans — Galiwala Plus for people, Partner plans for businesses and Brand plans — add extra AI, tools and reach.

We launch with fast category browsing and smart text search that already handles typos, Hindi and transliterations. AI text and voice search come next, followed by search by photo. Free users get a generous daily allowance; Plus members get more.

Yes, with Galiwala Plus. Tap "Ask a question" on any business page to ask about stock, prices, timings or services. Your phone number stays private, partners reply for free, and you can report or leave a chat any time.

Yes. Galiwala Plus members can request a crew — for example a site engineer, masons and labourers, or event staff. Our support team finds trusted partners near your site and sends you a shortlist to confirm. Soon, Galiwala Agent (our AI) will do this automatically.

Yes. Chartered accountants, software engineers, UI/UX designers, advocates, legal advisers, tutors and other professionals list their skills, rates and working days. Search for a skill such as "UI/UX developer", then choose full-time, part-time or freelance and remote, on-site or hybrid. Remote professionals can be found from anywhere in India.

Partners can switch their availability off when they're busy or away. They still appear in results — after everyone who is available — marked "Not available", so you never get an empty page. You can still contact them; they switch back on when they're free.

Not in the regular results. Businesses can buy clearly labelled "Sponsored" spots — limited to 2 in the top 10 — but organic order is never for sale.

Yes. Voice clips are deleted right after they're transcribed, search photos are deleted after the search (unless you choose to save one), location data is stripped from photos, and there is no face recognition. The AI never receives your name or contact details.
